1 1/2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz yuzu vinegar
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
lemon peel, for garnish
Shake, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
The Genki-Su vinegars are very good and can be purchased online.
