1 1/2 oz Bull Run Regnig Dag aquavit
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz Maurin Quina
orange peel, for garnish
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
This cocktail was created for Aquavit Week at Metrovino. The Bull Run aquavit is recommended, but other barrel aged aquavits may also work well.
