While everyone can have their opinions about OUR proposed smoking ban in Michigan, I think you should focus on laws where you live.
I live in Michigan and can’t wait to walk into bars/restaurants i enjoy and not have to breathe in smoke. I do not work in a bar or restaurant but I am a very social person and do enjoy being able to not be impacted by others habits.
The vast majority of my friends do not smoke and the ones that do continuously comment about how bad the smoke can be in bars/restaurants. Nobody is taking away someone’s right to smoke, they are just being asked to walk a few feet outside the front door to take a few puffs. No reason to be lazy or disrespectful to others.
